5 day DESERT HORSE & YOGA
SEPT 19 - 23 and NOV 24 - 28,  WADI RUM

With Arab horses and local Bedouin guide

Have you been dreaming about galloping with your Arab horse in the magnificent desert of Jordan?

Immersing yourself in the ocher, orange and red colours of the sand and the surreal mountain landscape?

Then this 5 day Yoga & Horse journey in World Heritage Site Wadi Rum is for you.

On this journey we will explore the desert on horse back with a Bedouin guide, sleep under the stars,  reflect with the Pink Spirit herd, practise yoga, chant, share in sacred circle and send your blessings into the universe at our fire ceremony.

The Bedouins consider the Arab horse as a gift of God. They take great pride in them; in their story telling the before it would be an honour to gift your most precious horse to the King and until this date there are stables who breed the pure Arab horse for prestige and endurance races.  Exploring this unique World Heritage Site on horse back is a truly unforgettable experience!

Ahlan wa Sahlan - Welcome

Moon Horse...

Swiftly he prances across the ocean like desert

in the pale moon light,

His head carried proud , his tail carried high,

As he floats across the sand,

Barely making a sound.

In the pale moonlight he's nothing more than a ghost,

Hard to be found.

Strange how no one can see he's real as can be.

A full day at the stable engaging in the paddock with a herd of 4 horses and a donkey. Lunch in the Bedouin Tent and thereafter closing circle. We then transfer to our private camp at um Ishrin for sunset yoga, dinner and fire ceremony. Share stories, release limiting beliefs and send our blessings

to the stars.

REVIEW

“Sandra's yoga and meditation retreat is one of a kind: a unique concept where one can truly find union with oneself in the calmness of the desert. The quiet nights, the powerful meditations, the deliciously nutritious food and the gracious hospitality from our Beduin hosts was unmatched.  My experience during this retreat was absolutely magical and I cannot recommend it enough: a journey of a lifetime, and something that I will never forget.”
