deep presence and intuitive guidance.

Through daily embodiment practices, presence meditations, soul journeys with the drum, shamanic rituals, constellations with horses, and earth-based ceremony, we begin with what is.

We listen to the whispers within.

Then comes the Vision Quest day — a sacred turning point.
Held by the stillness of the desert and the presence of the herd, you step beyond the known to meet your deeper truth. What wishes to emerge through you? The next day, together with the horses, we explore the wisdom of the Four Directions to gather clarity, courage, and direction. From this grounded place, you begin to vision forward — ready to live and embody your truth.

From the desert of Wadi Rum, you travel to the red-rose Nabatean Petra — to walk the path of the ancients and reconnect with your own creative flow and feminine power. A time to remember your beauty, strength, and sacred lineage.

Finally, at the deepest point on earth, the Dead Sea, you are invited to pause. To float, to rest, to nourish your body — integrating all that has unfolded before returning home or continuing onward.

VISION QUEST

A Vision Quest is a powerful rite of passage found in many earth-based spiritual traditions. At its essence, it is a time of solitude in nature, where we step away from the familiar world to sit with ourselves and Spirit — without distraction, without noise, without the stories we usually tell.

It is a ceremonial journey to seek guidance, clarity, or healing. It is a threshold space — a crossing between what has been and what is yet to come. You sit with your questions. You listen for answers — not in words, but in signs, symbols, feelings, and the subtle language of Spirit.

To quest is to let go - of control, of timelines, of certainty - and to let Spirit show you what your soul already knows. It is an act of deep trust, of quiet bravery, of coming home to your truth.

In the desert, the quest takes on a particularly profound quality.

Wadi Rum is not just landscape — it is presence itself.
Expansive. Silent. Fierce. Still.

The desert strips away all excess. It invites you to walk with nothing but yourself and find that it is enough. The red sands, the magical rock formations, the infinite starry sky — they reflect back your own inner vastness.

DAY to DAY PROGRAM

Day 1: Arrival. Madaba - Bed & Breakfast
You are awaited by your driver to take you to your hotel . If there is time you can visit St George Church or the archeological museum with stunning mosaics. Madaba has some lovely restaurants and choice of wines to enjoy at your own leisure.

Day 2: Wadi Rum camp - Full Board
After breakfast departure at about 9 am to southern Desert of Wadi Rum. At the village jeeps await you to take you to your camp for lunch. Welcome by your wellness coach Sarah Nour of Pink Spirit Jordan. Introduction circle, omen walk and preparing for sunset yoga. Buffet Dinner, grounding meditation and sound bath.

Day 3: Wadi Rum private camp - Full Board.
Morning vinyasa yoga session breakfast. At 9 am departure to the Pink Spirit stable for the first Horse Alchemy session: Connecting with the herd. After a local lunch we move deeper into the desert to our private camping location. Here we take time for Intention setting, Omen walk, Animal Spirit Journey and a Fire Ceremony to clear the space, to release what no longer serves us. Sleeping under the starry night or full moon!

Day 4: Wadi Rum - Vision Quest night - HB
We wake up with the sound of the birds and meet for our yoga and meditation session. You have time to choose your spot and collect items in nature to prepare your Vision Quest circle. After a light lunch we gather for a sacred circle: breathwork, intention setting and drum journey to call upon the protective forces of the universe. It is then time to retreat to your Vision Quest location. A local guide will stay close during the night.

Day 5: Wadi Rum - Integration day Camp - Full Board

We meet in the morning for an omen walk and sharing circle to close the vision quest. You will then enjoy a 2 hour jeeptour to give thanks to the beauty of the desert and end at our camp for integration time. Sarah Nour will guide a Soul Journey and a Circle of Truth. You will have lunch at the camp and time to sit with what showed up for you. Sunset yoga and breathwork session.

Optional: Energetic or Shamanic healing session

Day 6: Wadi Rum - Horse Alchemy - Little Petra- Full Board

After breakfast a short transfer to the Pink Spirit Stable for the second Horse Alchemy session: connect to the heart and the Field of Love. Receive guidance from the 4 directions and my horses. Lunch at the stable and transfer to Little Petra. Visit Little Petra and relax at Namala Camp

Day 7: Petra - Explore the Red Rose City - Half Board

Connect from the heart with the beauty and feminine energy of this World Hertiage site. Enter via the backroad to the Monastery.

Dinner and overnight at Namala Camp.

Day 8: Dead Sea - Madaba Half Board
After breakfast your driver awaits you to take you to the Dead Sea for lunch & float at the Moevenpick Dead Sea. Time to rest and integrate all that has unfolded. On the way: visit a magical pink lake! A beautiful metaphor and reminder of your own uniqueness. Stay in Madaba. Dinner at your own leisure

Day 9: Departure - QAIA - BB
Time to return home; centred, inspired and filled with the stillness and beauty of the desert.

SPIRIT ANIMAL RETRIEVAL

Shamanic Drum Journey

On the day of your Vision Quest, you will receive a Spirit Animal Retrieval — a shamanic drum journey to call in an animal spirit guide aligned with your soul’s path at this moment. In many tribal traditions, spirit animals are protectors and messengers from the unseen realms. Each carries a unique medicine — courage, clarity, playfulness, strength, vision — to support your growth, offer guidance, and reconnect you with your own inner wisdom.

As the drum opens a sacred space, Sarah Nour will journey on your behalf to meet the animal that wants to walk with you now. You’ll receive messages, insight, and a deeper sense of connection to Spirit and nature.

This ritual is especially powerful during the Quest Night — a time of threshold and transformation. Your spirit animal becomes an ally for the road ahead, reminding you that you are guided, supported, and never alone.

Soul Spark Rituals with the Herd

Experience systemic coaching with the herd as your leading soul guides. Upon arrival to Wadi Rum we connect with the herd and become aware of what is ready to shift. Themes such as balancing the Feminine and Masculine energies, connecting with our Ancestral Field, and navigating Attachment versus Authenticity may arise in the presence of these magnificent being.

After the quest we walk the medicine wheel in the paddock to receive supportive messages from the 4 cardinal directions. This process allows for old stories to dissolve, stuck energy to be released, and identity to be transformed. As a result, you gain more manifesting power to direct towards your authentic visions.

SOUL SPARK RITUALS

Sandra, known as the Dutch Bedouin, has spent over 15 years living with her horses in the deserts of Jordan. As the founder of Pink Spirit Wellness Retreats and Sarah Nour Coaching, Sandra brings her deep connection to nature and animals into her unique offerings, which are inspired by shamanic practices and systemic constellations.

Sandra's journey is one of freedom, creativity, and authenticity, grounded in a strong sense of community. Her mission is to inspire wellness travellers, spiritual adventurers, and free-spirited professionals to embrace their natural creative power for healing and manifestation. Through her guidance, Sandra encourages others to live from a profound sense of connection, flow, joy and love.
